End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Turbonox Network grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Turbonox desktop software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This license is for individual use only unless otherwise specified.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to modify, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the software. You may not distribute the software or use it for any illegal purposes that violate the security of the Turbonox Network.

3. Automated Updates

Turbonox may provide enhancements or improvements to the functionality of the application. These updates may be installed automatically to ensure the security and stability of the decentralized network.

4. Third-Party Software

The application may use third-party software that is subject to open-source licenses. Your use of such software is governed by the respective third-party licenses, which are included in the software documentation.

5. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Turbonox Network may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies.

6. Intellectual Property

The software, including all copyrights, trademarks, and patents, remains the sole property of Turbonox Network. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the software.
