Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 7, 2026 Turbonox Network

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Turbonox. By accessing our website or using our decentralized hosting platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your relationship with the Turbonox Network ecosystem.

2. User Accounts

To use Turbonox, you must authenticate using a supported provider (e.g., Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show suspicious activity.

3. Node Operator Responsibilities

As a node operator contributing hardware to the network, you agree to:

  • Provide honest and accurate hardware information (CPU, RAM, Storage).
  • Maintain reasonable uptime for your registered nodes.
  • Not attempt to tamper with the Turbonox client or the hosting workloads.
  • Ensure your hardware remains within safe operating temperatures.

4. Prohibited Content

Users hosting projects on Turbonox must not upload or distribute content that is illegal, infringes on intellectual property, or contains malicious code. The decentralized nature of the network does not exempt users from local or international laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Turbonox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Turbonox Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss or hardware failure.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Turbonox at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and any active nodes will be deregistered from the network.
