Payment & Refund Policy

1. Billing and Payments

All payments for hosting services are processed securely through our authorized payment providers. By subscribing to a Turbonox plan, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize recurring billing if applicable.

2. Node Operator Rewards

Node operators earn rewards based on their contribution to the network. These rewards are calculated based on uptime, bandwidth, and compute resources provided. Rewards are subject to verification and may be adjusted in cases of detected fraud or network manipulation.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new hosting subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

Refunds are NOT available for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service or for reward payouts already processed to node operators.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our billing team at hi.turbonox@oriko.lk. We aim to process all eligible refund requests within 5-10 business days.

5. Service Interruptions

While we strive for 100% uptime, Turbonox is a decentralized network and occasionally experiences interruptions. We do not provide automatic refunds for temporary service outages unless they exceed the thresholds defined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
